Pork Prices

Currently we have our retail meat permit and we are able to sell individual cuts at farmers markets and right out of the Farm Store on the farm. We are also offering to sell whole and half hogs. The price will include the purchase of the animal, and transportation to the butcher. Then the customer has the option to pick up from the butcher or we can pick up and meet them or deliver in a 30 mile range from the farm. We do require a deposit to be put down on the animal before we transport. The buyer would pay the butcher for the processing and once we have a hanging weight the buyer would be responsible for the remainder of our invoice before the butcher would release the meat to the buyer.
Whole Hog – $3.50/lb
Half/Quarter Hog – $4.00/lb
